Refund & Cancellation Policy

 

Appointments

• Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

• Late cancellations or no-shows may result in the session being forfeited without refund.

 

Refunds

• All single sessions and packages are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in writing.

• Packages must be used within the timeframe specified at purchase.

 

Late Arrivals

Sessions will end at the scheduled time regardless of arrival time.
